With 12 years’ professional experience in customer relations, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several major brands on both the agency and client sides. These experiences have allowed me to help these companies push their strategies to the limit and achieve their objectives successfully.
Now, with four years at m&h under my belt, I manage an impressive team of designers, retouchers, graphic artists and project managers for prestigious clients such as National Bank, Sid Lee, WSP, Hydro-Québec, CMHC and the SAQ. My role is to create solid partnerships with brand teams, ensuring efficiency, agility and fluidity when bringing each project to life.
With my expertise in marketing and brand identity, I’m able to fully understand my clients’ needs and goals, allowing me to support them in each of their projects. Passionate about people and teamwork, I make sure to do my utmost to continually optimize work processes to guarantee high-quality results, always in a stimulating and positive environment of trust for my team and my clients.
