We also have a good number of members from visible minorities, and some live with disabilities or physical limitations. Work environment


A workplace that reflects who we are

We love working in an inspiring setting too. Our Old Montreal office, just a stone’s throw from the historic Old Port, is the perfect backdrop to let our creative juices flow. And because we care about the environment, we are proud to say that the building is certified energy-efficient, reflecting our commitment to environmental sustainability. Our Toronto office is in the heart of the city, in a vibrant atmosphere rich in cultural diversity and events of all kinds. At both locations, you’ll never stroll long before walking into a restaurant or finding a new amenity, not to mention the bonus of having an excellent café on the ground floor of both buildings.

Getting to our offices is child’s play, with both offices well served by public transit and various parking options nearby for employees who ride their bike (we tip our hat to you) or drive their car. Our workspaces are designed for the comfort of our employees, the workstations being conducive to productivity.

We take other steps, big or small, to look after our employees: fresh fruit, quality snacks and unlimited barista coffee…is there a better way to start the work day? How about bagels and croissants for breakfast? And our Montreal employees have free access to a gym with high-end equipment. Protecting our employees’ well-being is a priority.

I’d like to express how much I feel at home in my workplace, where I’ve been fortunate enough to work for over 20 years. The atmosphere is warm and, above all, very respectful, which has greatly contributed to my professional development and my well-being. I’d say that’s what makes m&h so special!
